Start-Up & Commissioning

image description

Our Start-up & Commissioning Service ensures your dust, mist, or fume control system is brought online safely, correctly, and fully optimized

After installation is complete, a TAP commissioning technician performs a thorough on-site evaluation to verify that all mechanical, electrical, and safety components have been installed according to specifications.

We check duct connections, motor rotation, airflows, safety interlocks, spark detection and extinguishment systems, explosion protection devices, control wiring, and all NFPA-related components. Any discrepancies are documented and resolved before the system is placed into service.

Once verified, we run the system through a full operational sequence, confirm proper performance, and tune the equipment for optimal efficiency. We also provide hands-on training for your operators and maintenance personnel, ensuring your team understands how to safely run, inspect, and maintain the system.

The goal of commissioning is simple: your system is safe, compliant, fully functional, and performing exactly as designed from day one.
