Permit Ready Plans

Total Air Products can support your project from early concept through design, mechanical permitting, installation, and post-installation service. We have a dedicated in-house permit technician who understands the ins and outs of working with municipalities across the country. We also have experience collaborating with major Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for fire and explosion-related requirements, helping streamline the permit process by anticipating typical local needs.

If your project requires a separate permit with your local Air Pollution Control Authority, we can assist with that paperwork as well.

Turn-Key Installation

Start-up & Commissioning

Total Air Products highly recommends our Start-up & Commissioning Service, which includes a site visit from one of our experienced technicians to verify that your system has been installed correctly, meets all specifications, and is operating as intended.

Onsite Service

If your dust collection system isn’t working the way it should, we’ll come to you. Our team will inspect the problem onsite, diagnose the root cause, and recommend the right fix to get your system running properly again.

Remote Support

Total Air Products provides responsive remote support for all of our products. Our technical team is available by phone or email to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, and guide you through any issue. Even if your equipment wasn’t purchased from us, we’re often able to help with systems from other manufacturers.

A Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) is a detailed evaluation of a facility’s processes and equipment to determine where combustible dust hazards exist. We assess the potential for flash fires and deflagrations caused by combustible dust and recommend mitigations strategies to comply with NFPA 652.
